Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:
— mayonnaise
— pickle minced
— onion minced (optional)
— pickle juice and/or fresh lemon juice

For most meals one large spoonful of mayo, 1/2 to 1 pickle, one Tablespoon on onion and add pickle juice and lemon juice to thin to taste.

Optional: Mayo can be cut with sour cream or plain yogurt to vary and enhance flavor.
