Jane's Herb Mustard Salmon Glaze

Ingredients:

  2 cloves garlic
  3/4 tsp fresh fine chopped rosemary
  3/4 tsp fresh fine chopped thyme
  1 Tbsp olive oil
  1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
  2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

  • Blend in food processor about 30 seconds
  • Transfer to a bowl; add 1 more tbsp whole grained mustard
  • Salt and pepper salmon fillets, spoon sauce over
  • Grill or broil. Serve with lemon wedges
